Shareholders of Souhag National Food Industries called for restructuring the company to list its stock on the official market.

Samir Raouf, a shareholder, said that shareholders submitted proposals to the Chairman, which included restructuring plan, in line with the current circumstances in the local market.

Shareholders hope that the company may become a major listed player that will be able to compete with rivals, Raouf said, adding that the stock’s current value does not reflect the real value of assets.
